Viacheslav closed T2785: dhcpv6-server doesn't work as Invalid.

As it turned out, the problem was on the client-side dhcpv6c and was fixed in T2510
Next Rolling release will be without this bug.

I can't say exactly about 1 point.

It will be fixed with additional functions/pkgs UPnP/miniupnp, STUN/coturn. Need to test it.
It will be fixed with local PBR (ip rules) T439 T2196 and work-around in T2747
